APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

AND PRESIDENT OF PARENT COMPANY

 

 

China Mobile Limited (the “Company”) has been notified by its ultimate controlling shareholder, China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. (the “Parent Company”), on 11 May 2020 that Mr. Dong Xin (an executive director, vice president and chief financial officer of the Company) has been appointed as a director and president of the Parent Company, and at the same time Mr. Dong Xin ceased to be the chief accountant of the Parent Company.

 

If there is any resulting change in the composition of the Company’s board of directors or their roles and functions, the Company will make a further announcement as and when appropriate.
